SMS Terms & Consent
Last updated: 20 August 2026
We only text people who ask us to, on a phone call. We do not buy, rent or message marketing lists, and we do not send bulk or automated campaigns.
How consent is collected
WebFlip Media calls local businesses in North Carolina about their website and online booking. These are one-to-one calls made by a person, not automated dialling.
During that call, the business owner may ask us to send them something in writing — usually a link to book a further conversation, or details of what we discussed. When they ask, we send a single text message to the number we are speaking to them on. That verbal request, made on a live call, is the consent.
Calls are recorded and transcribed where the law of the recipient's state allows it, so consent can be evidenced if a carrier or the recipient ever asks.
What we send
A message looks like this:
Hi Dave, great speaking with you. Here's the link to book a time: https://calendly.com/webflipmedia/retention-strategy-call — Ashish, WebFlip Media
One message, sent shortly after the call. We do not follow up by text unless the recipient replies and asks us to.
How to stop
- Reply STOP to any message. You are removed immediately and permanently.
- Reply HELP for contact details.
- Or email ashish@webflip.media and ask.
A stop request also removes the number from our calling list, not just our messaging list.
Frequency and cost
Message frequency is low — typically a single message following a call. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge anything for the messages themselves.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers given to us are used to contact that business about our services and nothing else. We do not sell, rent or share them with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy for the full detail and our terms for the rest.
