Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 August 2026
WebFlip Media is a marketing agency operated by Ashish Lala, registered in India, working with local service businesses in North Carolina and elsewhere in the United States. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we collect data about
- Visitors to this website.
- People who contact us or book a call.
- Businesses we approach about our services.
- Clients we work with.
What we collect, and why
Website visitors
Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) and basic analytics. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not sell visitor data.
People who contact us
Name, email, phone number and whatever you tell us, so we can reply and keep track of the conversation. Booking a call through our scheduling provider means they also process your name and email in order to send the invitation.
Businesses we approach
We build prospect lists from publicly available business information — business name, business phone number, business address, website, public reviews and business email addresses published on a company's own website or public listing. This is business contact information, not consumer data, and we do not collect special-category data about anyone.
Where we speak to a business by phone, we record what was discussed and the outcome, so that a follow-up makes sense and so that a request never to be contacted again is honoured permanently.
Call recordings
Calls may be recorded and transcribed where the law of the recipient's state permits it. In states requiring all-party consent, we do not record unless we have told the other party and they have agreed.
Recordings and transcripts are stored on our own machine. They are not uploaded to a third-party transcription service, not used to train any model, and not shared.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who verbally asked us to during a phone call. See our SMS terms for the detail.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone. We use a small number of service providers to run the business — email, telephony, scheduling and hosting — and they process data only to provide that service to us.
We disclose data if the law requires it, and no further than the law requires.
How long we keep it
- Prospect records: until the prospect asks to be removed, or until the record is no longer useful.
- Do-not-contact requests: kept permanently. Deleting them is how a business ends up being contacted again by mistake, so the record of the request outlives the record of the prospect.
- Call recordings and transcripts: retained while the opportunity is live, then deleted.
- Client records: for as long as required for accounting and tax.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email ashish@webflip.media and we will action it. A request to stop contact is honoured immediately and permanently, across calls, email and text.
Security
Our systems run locally rather than on a shared cloud platform, with access limited to the operator. Call recordings never leave that machine. Credentials for third-party services are held in environment configuration, not in application databases.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and revise the date above.
